In this post we’re going to take a look at a gorgeous condo by?KAH design. This condo features a fantastic layout, minimalist design and tons of beautiful natural materials like wood and stone. There’s a ton of functionality crammed in here as well.
First we’ll take a look at the living room.

The front of the living room features an amazing entertainment unit with fantastic wood cabinets. You’ll also notice a large slab of stone across the floor which is an amazing touch.
The white walls combine fantastically with the dark furniture, accents and natural materials. There’s even a dark cement touch along the ceiling which gives a bit of an industrial feel too.

The minimal doors on the entertainment unit opens to some very convenient shelves and you’ll also notice a very nice slab of frosted glass to let in some light. Off to the side you’ll find a brushed cement floor with access to a small balcony.
You also have big windows to let in a lot of light which makes the space feel larger and more open than it actually is.

Very nice use of natural materials here.

The whole condo features some beautiful wood floors, shelves, cabinets and light walls to make everything feel even more bright. Those rounded doors are a very unique touch as well and make everything just a little bit more interesting.

Behind the living room you’ll find more space for a small dining area and work area. You’ll also find a whole bunch of big windows to let lots more light into the space. The ceiling features two rows of track lighting and some very nice pendant lights over the natural wood dining table.
The space here isn’t huge but the windows, light colors and excellent use of space makes everything feel bright and open.

You’ll find the kitchen off to the side of the dining area.

The kitchen is also nice and bright with more windows and minimal white cabinetry. There’s also gorgeous white stone countertops and more wood bringing the natural feeling into the kitchen as well.

As you can see the condo features an open design which makes full use of as many windows as possible to maximize the light.

Since this place is so small there isn’t too much room for a balcony but you will find a little one with the door tucked off to the side of the living room.

The master bedroom continues the natural trend and features a walk-in shower and toilet. This sort of design is much more common in Asian countries. The trend of the rounded doors is continued here with the mirror above the vanity although it’s flipped which is an awesome little detail.
The hexagonal tiles here are very unique as well and the stone tile walls of the shower look absolutely fantastic!

This bedroom also features an absolutely stunning green accent wall which adds a vibrant splash of color to the bright natural palette.

If you look closely you’ll see that the door to the shower is lined by stone along the bottom, just like that entertainment unit in the living room. It looks really great with that wood floor.
The condo also features a second, more traditional style bathroom as well.

This bathroom continues the same look as the rest of the condo with that natural wood door, beautiful stone tile all along the enter wall of the bathroom and the same hexagonal tile pattern on the floor. There’s also another round mirror as well which makes everything just a bit more unique.
We’d definitely love to live here. There’s absolutely beautiful design packed into such a small space and we really love all the natural wood, stone and bright colors.
